At Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Whitesburg Gardens, patients and residents can be admitted twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Our Reservation Program is perfect for physicians, hospitals, patients and families planning ahead for rehabilitative care. A room can be reserved and preparations can be made well in advance of admittance, making the transition as simple as possible for you or your loved one.

Our nursing and rehabilitation center was awarded the American Health Care Association’s Bronze – Commitment to Quality award for our continued dedication to customer service. All licensed nursing staff has completed their competencies are certified in all specialty program tracks. With therapy services available seven days a week and physicians making rounds five day a week, it is clear to see our dedication to hope, healing and recovery.

We are improving our clinical capabilities and staffing in order to accept patients with greater medical complexity than a traditional nursing home. This is increasingly important as many higher acuity patients require transitional care before they are ready to return home.
